Advanced Passenger Information.

For security reasons the USA and Some EU Countries and along with certain airlines require us to provide more details about your passengers before they travel

We have now developed our website so it is easier for you to submit this information to us. There are now 3 ways you can submit this information:

1. Click on the link within the email confirmation to submit APIS
2. View the Booking and click on submit APIS information
3. Visit Agent Tools -> Booking Tools and click on APIS Submission

Please only provide APIS information if the booking is for one of the following: Spain, India, Thailand, USA, Canada, Flights Via USA and Canada, BA Flights, QR flights and EK flights.

Please find below instructions for submitting APIS passenger information.

• Click on "View Booking" in the main navigation bar (or click here)

• Retrieve the booking you want to add APIS information and click on view booking.

• Click on Provide API Button

• Then click on submit API data and complete the information. The booking will then be updated with this API data and the airline will be informed.
